Court order dated o2.08.201`O made herein and observing that as there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, the court made the +fblloivi ng ;

ORDER:

€£Even though the case is posted to this day as a last chance, no representation for the petI-tiOner last occasion also there was no representation for the petitioner.

The revision case was filed against the .concurrent conviction for 1:he alleged offence under section 489 (C) of I.P.C.

Issue Non-Bailable Warrant to the Revisionist through Superintendent of police concerned.

On execution of such NBW, he shall be produced before the learned Prl-ncipaI Assistant Sessions Judge, NandyaI- who shall release him on furnishing bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Principal Assl-slant Sessions Judge, NandyaI.

. The Revisionist shall furnish an undertaking before the learned Principal Assistant Sessions Judge, NandyaIJ that he WOulcl give instructions to his Counsel before the High Court for disposal of the Revision Case.

Post the matter after summer Vacation, 2025."
