ORDER:

The instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed, by the Petitioners/Accused Nos.2 to 4, seeking quashment of the proceedings against them in S.C.No.384 of 2019 on the file of the Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kurnool, for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A,. 342, 323 and 507 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

2. Sri P.Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that the relief prayed in this petition has become infructuous and the petition may be disposed of.

3. Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned counsel representing the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State/Respondent No.1 is in attendance.

4. In that view, the Criminal Petition is dismissed since relief has become infructuous.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
