P Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Book Act, 1971,section 32-Aof the Registration Act, 1908 and violative of Article 14 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently set-aside the same;

Petition under Section 151 CPC is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the operation of the Registration of Sale deed Document No.7467/2024 dated 30-12-2024, which was registered by 3'^'^ respondent, pending disposal of WP.No.9182 of 2025, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the High Court order dated 08.04.2025 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri D.Kasi Rao, Advocate for the Petitioner and GP for Stamps & Registration for the Respondent Nos.1 to 5, the Court made the following;

ORDER:

“Interim order granted earlier by this Court shall stand extended till the next date of hearing.
