Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is facing allegations in Crime No.165 of 2023, which was filed by the 5th respondent. It is submitted that there was some financial transaction between the petitioner and the 5th respondent. It is further submitted that the petitioner filed W.P.No.3755 of 2025, and this Court directed the 3rd respondent therein, i.e., the 4th respondent herein, to follow due procedure of law if the petitioner is intended to be called to the police station for the purpose of investigation or enquiry.
3. It is submitted that thereafter, the police issued a notice under Section 41-A for the purpose of investigation, and subsequently, the 3rd respondent has been repeatedly calling the petitioner and pressurizing him to pay an amount of Rs.20,00,000/- to the 5th respondent.
