ORDER:
1. This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“..to issue a Writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring:
i. The inaction of the Respondents 2 to 1 in taking preventive and punitive measures despite repeated representations dated 15.04.2025, 26.04.2025, 27.04.2025 and 28.04.2025 of the Petitioner regarding illegal acts of trespassing, tree felling, damage to public road, damage to cement road at the entrance of the 1st and 2nd blocks, attempting to destroy the underground internet and power cables and destruction of the drainage system by private individuals namely Respondents No.12 to 19, as arbitrary, unjust and violative of Articles 14, 19(1)(g) and 21 of the Constitution.
ii. The failure of the authorities to provide a public drainage connection for the wastewater of the 2nd petitioner Institution, affecting health and hygiene of approximately 2,000 girl students, especially from marginalized communities, as violative of fundamental rights, being illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 21 of the Constitution of India .
