As can be seen from the e-Courts of District Judiciary, the Execution Petition in E.P.No.34 of 2018 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Kaikaluru was allowed by order dated 01.05.2024 after reporting full satisfaction in view of the memo filed by the decree holder. Therefore, the cause in the present Civil Revision Petition does not survive.
3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
