ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

“…..pleased to issue a direction or order, more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the highhanded action of the 4th Respondent in not taking action on Petitioners Mutation and Title Deed cum Pattadar passbook applications vide applications numbers vide MUT231220030502 dated 20.12.2023 and Application No MUT231220036340 dated 20.12.2023 even after passing more than 16 months of filing such applications before the Respondent Authorities especially 4th Respondent as contrary to law, arbitrary, non-Application of mind, discriminatory, illegal and violative of Article 14 , Article 21 , Article 300-A of Constitution of India and also in violation of Section 4 and other provisions enshrined in Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act , 1971 and Consequently direct the Respondent no 4 to process Petitione
