Learned counsel for the petl-tioner submits that the offences alleged against the petitioner are pun,-shable with imprI'SOnment of less than three years, and considerllng the length ofjudicjal remand of the petitioner, he prays to consider the request of the petitioner for regular bail. The petitI'Oner has been languishing in ja" for more than 70 days. It is submitted by the learned Assistant public prosecutor that major investigation is completed in the present crlme. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, thls court is I-nCIl'ned to grant bail to the petI-tjOner herein/A1.
