Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the Clause 10 of G.O.Ms.No.51 School Education (Se.Genl.II) Department, dated 16.4.2011, whereby "proposed to provide 20% weightage to TET scores in the Teacher Recruitment of the State Government" as illegal, arbitrary and Contrary to Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act , 2009 and the Rules and Regulations of the National Council for Teacher Education and contrary to the Education Act and violation of Article 21 of the Constitution of India, and consequently strick down the said Clause from the above G.O.

Mr.V.Jagadeesh, learned counsel representing Mr.Narasimhulu Parise, learned counsel for the petitioner on record, submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive, it has become infructuous by afflux of time and hence, prayed to dismiss the writ petition.

Learned counsel also endorsed the same on the bundle.

In view of the said representation, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
