Impugning the proceedings issued by Sid respondent, keepl-ng in abeyance the permI-SSI-On granted to conduct pure classical music and dance programme from 27.06.2025 to 28.06.2025, from 7:00 am to 9:00 Pm, at free of cost in Asthana Mandapam, Tirumala, the above writ petition I-S filed. A -`
Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the Petitioner, a registered society-under Telangana societies Registration Act, 2001, got permI-SSiOri:i;I--iifem 3rd respondent to perform the aforementioned progI-amme Oil+ 30.05.2025. About 1500 people were involved in the activity and every arrangement was made.
Be that as it may, the proceedings impugned were issued by 3rd respondent on a complaint said to have been received on 16.06.2025.
Learned counsel would con,tend that no notice was issued to the petitioner.
