...Respondents petition under Article 226' of the Constitution of India is filed praying that in the circumstances stated ih the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an order, writ or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus questioning the action of the respondents No.4 to 9 in not allotting the water`shed works and-not paying the amounts for the works done earlier to the petitioner society under Thangella Project under Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchayee Yojana (PMKSY) 2.0 Water Shed Project and trying to include new menlbers in the society without following any procedure under law by taking ml'nutes book forcibly even though> petitioner made representation to the respondents dated 15.04.2024, 10.04.2025, 09.04,2025 as illegal and arbitrary and against to principles of natural justice and violatl'ng Article 14 , 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to allot water shed works through the petitioner society under the Thangella Project, Kuchipudi VIllage, Marripadu Mandal, Prakasam District by considering the representationJ31a6Te by the petitioner dated `15.04.2024, 10.04-2025 & 09.04.2025.
