Land Encroachment Act, 1905 , in respect of land to an extent of Ac 0.30 cents in Sy.No.529/4A of Peruru Village, during the subsistence of an order of Permanent injunction granted by the IV Additional District Judge, Tirupati in A.`S.No.97 of 2000, in favour of the petitioner and more particularly during the t=-r*
pendency of the alienation proposals and their action in threatening to.. ;
dispossess me without conducting an enquiry under Section.6 of the A.P.
Land Encroachment Act, 1905 as illegal, without jurisdiction, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently set aside the notice of the 4th respondent vide Roe.No.AI39/2025 dated 17.03.2025.
IANO: 1 OF2025 Petition under Section 151 of CPC is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High court may be pleased to suspend the operation of the notice of the 4th respondent-vide Roc.No.A/39/2025 dated 17.03.2025, Pending disposal of WP 11554 of 2025, on the file of the High Court.
