Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the Para NoI7 of the Affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition and the e-mail received by the writ petitioner"s Institution dated 17.06.2025 (Ex.P.5). Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner has also drawn the attention of this Court to the Para No|3 of Affidavit submitted by the Writ Petitioner to the Respondent Authorities (Ex.P.6).
3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to suspend the direction of the Respondent Authorities to the effect that ff your institute is put on hold temporarily". A;cordingly, it is suspended. The Respondent Authorities are directed to permit the Writ Petitioner to participate in the counseIIing to be held from i.e., 25.06.2025 with the old name i.e., 'fVara Prasad Reddy Institute of Technology". lt is clarified that the present Interim Order shall not preclude the Respondent Authorities from proceeding further for the change of the name from fVara`Prasad Reddy Institute of Technology' to fNalanda Educational Society'. The Respondent Authorities are further directed to complete the entire process with regard to change of name within a period of four weeks.
4. Sri Gurram Ramachandra Rao, learned Government Pleader for Education is directed to obtain Written Instructions before the next date of listing.
5. Sri Gurram Ramachandra Rao, learned Government Pleader for Education is directed to communicate th'e gist of this Order to the competent authority forthwith for effective compliance.
