This Criminal Petition, has been filed by the petitioner/accused under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 (for short, ‘ BNS S ’) seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.55 of 2024 of Cyber Crime Police Station, NTR District, registered against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Section 318 (4), 319(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita , 2023 (for short, ‘ BNS ’) and Section 66-D of Information Technology Act , 2000-2008. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner/accused. Despite listing the matter under the caption ‘for dismissal’, no representation is made on his behalf. It seems that the petitioner/accused has no interest to proceed with the petition.

3. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for default.
