THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA WRIT PETITION NO: 14665 of 2025 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution

of the India seeking the following reliefs:-

“pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action on the part of Respondent No. 4 In carrying out alteration in Revenue Records with respect to Agriculture Land in Survey Number 74-5A admeasuring an extent of Ac.0.63 Cents situated at Gudem Village, Tekkali Mandal, Srikakulam District thereby deleting Petitioners name from Possessory Column without giving him an opportunity of hearing without putting him to notice of same as illegal, arbitrary, against Section 5(3) of The Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadhar Pass Books Act, 1971 and consequently direct the Respondents 2 to 4 to carry out Rectifications thereby restoring Petitioners name in Possessory Column of Revenue Records Pahanis, IB extract (ROR) with respect to Agriculture Land in Survey Number 74-5A admeasuring an extent of Ac.0.63 Cents situated at Gudem Village, Tekkali Mandal Srikakulam District and to pass. ”
