1. The petitioner is seeking the release of the car bearing No. AP 39 V 7322 which was seized in crime No.2 of 2025, on the file of Kothapalli Police Station Nandyal District.

2. It is alleged that during a vehicle check, the police found four quarter bottles of Tropicana VSOP Brandy in the car, and a case was registered against the petitioner for an offence under Section 34 (a)

of the Andhra Pradesh Excise Act .

3. This Court directed the Assistant Public Prosecutor to assist on the limits prescribed by law for permissible possession of liquor.
