The Criminal Petition has been filed under Sections 4 80 and 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 (for brevity [the BNSS '), seeking for grant of pre-arrest bail {o the petitioners/A.2 and A.8 in FIR No.77 of 2025 on the file of Cyber Crime Police Station, Visakhapatnam City, registered for the offences punishable under Section 111 (1),112(1), 318(4), 319(2) r/w 61(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for brevity I the BNSJ), Section 66C and 66D of Information Act, 2000 (for short fthe lT Act') and Section 3 and 4 of AP Gaming AlcA.

2, The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners along with other accused have indulged I-n onlI-ne Cricket betting and alluring the valuable people to fall to their prey.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant public Prosecutor.

4. Srl-Y.V. Anl'l Kumar, learned counsel for the petI'tiOnerS, Submits that the petitI'O'nerS have not committed any offence. They were falsely implicated in the case. They are the sole breadwinners of their families. They have a fl'xed abode. They will not evade from the clutches of the law. They would abI-de by any condI-lions tO be imposed by this Court.
