The learned COunSel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is arraigned as accused No-1 in C.C| No| 851 of 2022 on the file of the lI Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kakjnada. It js submitted that this court, in crI.P. No. 8673 of 2022, has quashed the case against accused Nos. 2 and 3 vide order dated 03.01.2025.

considering the submissions, there shall be a stay of all further proceedings insofar as the petitioner/accused No.1 is concerned in c.c.No.851 of 2022 on the file of the ll Additional Judicial First class Magistrate, Kakinada.
