ORDER
The Criminal Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 (for brevity ‘the BNS S ’) by the petitioners/Accused Nos.4 to 6 for granting of pre-arrest bail in connection with Crime No.69 of 2025 of Dharmavaram Rural Police Station, Sri Sathya Sai District, registered for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 118 (1), 109 (1) read with 3 (5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita , 2023 (for brevity ‘the BNS ’).
2. The case of the prosecution is that on 25.05.2025, at about 09.00 a.m., the accused and some others attacked the complainant’s son, Vijay, with sticks, sickles, spears, and iron pipes with the intent to eliminate him, causing bleeding injuries.
