ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the high handed action of the Respondents 3 and 4 in interfering with the Petitioners life and property in respect of House site bearing Plot No.16 to an extent of 300 Sq yards or 250.839 Sq Meters situated in Sy.No. 60/3 Patta No.144B of Kurmannapalem Village Gajuwaka Mandal Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation Limits Visakhapatnam as illegal arbitrary violative of principles of natural justice and contrary to Articles 14 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents 3 and 4 not to interfere with the Petitioners House site bearing Plot No 16 to an extent of 300 Sq yards or 250.839 Sq Meters situated in Sy.No.60/3 Patta No.144B
