ORDER:

Criminal Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 (for brevity ‘the BNS S ’) by the Petitioners/Accused Nos.10 and 11 for granting pre-arrest bail in connection with Crime No.251 of 2025 of Badvel (Urban) Police Station, Badvel, Kadapa District, registered for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 318 (4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 342(1) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita , 2023 (for brevity ‘the BNS ’).

2. The case of the prosecution is that the de-facto complainant, K. Tribhuvan, Tahsildar of Gopavaram Mandal, on 19.07.2025, while present in his office, received a representation from Thodeti Ramanamma, wife of Thodeti Narasimhulu, resident of Shivanagar, Badvel Town, Badvel Municipality, Kadapa District. She stated that she had purchased a property admeasuring Ac.0.03 cents in Sy.No.1012/1 situated at Madakalavaripalle village fields, within the limits of Gopavaram Mandal and Badvel Municipality.
