1. GP FOR REVENUE THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO WRIT PETITION No.21758 of 2025 ORDER:-
Pithily this writ petition is filed on the ground that applications bearing Nos.MUT240316001077 and MUT240316001230 dated 16.03.2024 was made to the authorities, but it was not addressed. Therefore, it is urged that the respondents be directed to address the applications, as such direction would suffice in the circumstances of the case.

Venkatesh held as follows:
“…Dispose of the representation mantra is increasingly permeating the judicial process in the High Courts and the Tribunals.
