ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

“....to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declaring the in action on the part of the 5th and 6th respondents herein not initiating to conduct the counseling through legal services authority, East Godavari District, Rajamaundry or through the 4th respondent women and child welfare officer including not completing the investiagtion till today in the FIR No. 133/2020 dated 27.05.2020 and FIR .No. 181/2020 dated 14.08.2020 and not yet filed the charge sheet as illegal arbitrary and viloative of the provisions of the articles of Consitution of India and consequantially direct the respondents to take steps to conduct the counseling through legal services authority, East Godavari District, Rajamau.ndry or through the 4th respondent women and child welfare officer to the petitioner and the 7th respondent for lead marital life by not allowing the 7th respondent again further marriage with another girl pendency of the above criminal cases and pass....”
