ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

“…pleased to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of respondents particularly 4^th respondent in not investigating and not filling Charge Sheet in Crime in F.I.R. No 203/2025, dt. 09.05.2025 registered under Sections 3 05 , 318(4), 61(2) r/w 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 on the file of 4^TH respondent against respondents 5 to 10 and not subjecting the accused persons to process of arrest and judicial remand, as illegal, irregular and amounts to non-discharge of legal obligation conferred on the respondents under the provisions of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and offends Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 4 to investigate into the crime and file Charge Sheet agains
