'i This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner herein/A3, under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure , 1973, seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.146 of 2024 of Special Enforcement Bureau Station, Mangalagiri, Guntur District, for the offences under Section 141(1)(2) read with 34 (a)(1)(ii) and SOB of the Andhra Pradesh Excise (Amendment) Act, 2023.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/A3 and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for State. Perused the entire material available on record.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is permitted to approach the concerned learned Sessions Court by way of filing an application, for the relief claimed in this petition and the learned Sessions Court shall dispose of the application filed by the petitioner, within a period of three (03) days.
4. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
