ORDER:
This criminal petition, under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , is filed by the petitioner-accused No. 23 seeking to relax the conditions imposed by order dated 30-07-2024 in Criminal M.P.No. 721 of 2024 on the file of the Court of learned Principal Sessions Judge, Guntur, whereby the petitioner-accused No. 23 is directed to attend before the respondent on every second Saturday of every month in between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. according to his convenience and sign in the register maintained by respondent for this purpose until further orders.
2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner-accused No. 23 submits that the petitioner- accused No. 23 has been complying with the conditions imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Guntur, which is not disputed by learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State. 3. In the light of the above, the conditions imposed by order dated 30-07-2024 in Criminal M.P.No. 721 of 2024 on the file of the Court of learned Principal Sessions Judge, Guntur, are hereby relaxed.
4. The criminal petition is accordingly allowed.
