528 of BNSS is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to stay all further proceedings in CC.No. 126 of 2022 on the file of I Additional Junior civil Judge Court, Tenali, including personal appearance in so for petitioners/A2 to A4, Pending disposal of CRLP 5686 of 2024, on the file of the High Court.
