318(4), 316(4) 338

336(3), 340(2), 351(2) read with 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for brevity ‘the BNS’).

2. The case of the prosecution is that in between 01.05.2024 and

24.06.2025, at Jangareddygudem, the complainant, Bommagani Bala Krishna, founder of IFL Green Producer Company Limited registered

15.06.2021, alleged that accused Veeranki Sriramulu. Vankayala Satheesh and Mandapaka Vinod Kumar misused their positions to damage the company.

Initially, only Bala Krishna and Arepalli Naresh had cheque authority, but in May 2024, Sriramulu was granted HDFC Bank cheque powers.

In November

2024, he received Rs.27 Lakhs for paddy procurement returned only Rs.13.11 Lakhs, and kept Rs. 13.89 Lakhs. The accused later formed a rival entity, Inakula Farmers Life (IFL) Producer Company Limited, without resigning from the original company, and misled members issuing receipts and certificates under the new name, enrolling fake or illiterate members, collecting deposits, issuing forged participation certificates, and diverting funds. Complaints revealed deliberate misuse of the original company’s name, reputation, and membership base. On 07.02.2025, they also threatened the complainant when confronted. The complainant seeks legal action for fraud, cheating, criminal breach of trust, and damage to the company’s reputation.
