Heard Sri K.Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner, Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is none other than the wife of the respondent/husband, due to the matrimonial disputes between both the parties, the petitioner/wife along with her daughter aged about 9 years are staying at Kalikiri, Chittoor District at her parent’s house.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that to cause unnecessary inconvenience to the petitioner/wife, the respondent/husband has filed O.S.No.351 of 2025, on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Kadapa, under Order VII Rule 1 and Section
26 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 r/w Section 307(3) of the Mulla Principles of Mohammadan Law, seeking for dissolution of marriage.
