This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“...to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly a Writ in the nature of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents especially Respondent No. 3 in calling the petitioner herein to the police station and forcing the petitioner to settle Civil Disputes by forcing petitioner to hand over the possession of the Agricultural land to an extent of Ac. 4.36 cents in Sy. No. 395-2, 399-1 and 399-2, situated at K. Velamavaripalle Village, Pulivendula Town AND Mandal, YSR Kadapa District, Andhra Pradesh, to the unofficial respondents herein and to act as per the terms of unofficial respondent as being arbitrary, illegal and violation of Article 14, 19, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India apart from violate of Principles of Natural Justice, apart from various judicial pronouncements of this Hon'ble Court as well as the Hon'ble Apex Court and consequently direct the Respondent No. 3 not to call the petitioner to the police station without there being any crime registered against the petitioner and not to interfere in Civil Disputes pending between petitioner
