Respondents WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his/her Advocate Sri N SRIRAM MURTHY presented this Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to set aside the Order dated 08-07-2025 made lA. No. 513 of 2024 in O.S. No. 213 of 2013, on the file of the Court III Additional District Judge, Guntur.
AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit/memorandum of grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri N SRIRAM MURTHY Advocate for the Petitioner, Sri NANDA KISHORE KONDURI, Advocate for the Respondent No. 1/Caveator, directed issue of notice to the Respondent No.2 herein to show cause as to why this CIVIL REVISION PETITION should not be admitted.
You viz:
N.Himabindu @ Sarada, W/o Hari Babu, Hindu, aged about 39 years resident of Mandapadu village, Tadikonda Mandal, Guntur District.
are be and hereby directed to show cause either appearing in person or through an Advocate, as to why in the circumstances set out in the petition and the memorandum of grounds filed therewith (copy enclosed) this CIVIL REVISION PETITION should not be admitted on or before 29.08.2025 on which date the case stands posted for hearing.
