Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of respondents, particularly the 4th respondent in trying to delete name of the father of the petitioner late Erla Raghava Reddy from the revenue records as well Web land revenue records being maintained by the respondents to incorporate the names of the un-official respondents 5 and 6 with regard to the lands situated in an extent of Ac. 0.44 cents, Ac. 0.05 cents and Ac. 0.14 cents, totaling an extent of Ac.0.63 cents covered by R.S.No. 434/3B (Recently subdivided as R.S.No.434- 3-B-2-B-2 to an extent of Ac. 0.2180 cents each and 436-1 to an extent of Ac. 0.0750 cents each) of Tirumalapuram Revenue Village, Perampeta, Jangareddigudem Mandal, Eluru (Erstwhile West Godavari) District, without issuing any notice, without conducting any enquiry and without passing any orders in violation of The Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 ,and rules framed there under, as illegal, arbitrary, unj
