The court while directing issue of notice {o the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made the following order.(The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case).

ORDER [fHeard the learned counsel ''for the petitioners and the learned Assistant public prosecutor.

The learned Assistant-Public Prosecutor submits that the charge sheet is not yet filed.

For the reaso-ns mentioned in.1:h`e petition,1:he Order passed by the ]`earned single Judge in Cr[.P. No. 34 of 2025, dated 06.02.2025, at paragraph No. 5 (iii); directing the petitioners shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned once a week, i.e., every Saturday between 10:00 a[m. and 5:00 p.m|, till filing pf charge sheet, is modified.

The petitioners shall now appear before 1:he Station House Officer Concerned as and when required|

Accordingly, I.A.No.1 of 2025 is ordered."
