ORDER :

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus to declare the action of 3rd respondent in not considering the representation dated 23.06.2023 made by the petitioner, being Co-Ordinator of Krishna, Guntur, NTR Districts, Jai Bheem Bharat Party for according permission for conducting Padayatra followed by a rally on 08.07.2023 from Babasahebh Dr.B.R.Ambedkar Statue, Opposite to Government General Hospital, Thulluru village to Ambedkar Smruthivanam at Sakhamuru village, Guntur district, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner for according permission for conducting the Padayatra followed by a rally on 08.07.2023.
