ORDER:
The present Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioners being aggrieved by order dated 22.08.2022 in I.A.No.324/2022 in O.S.No.475/2019 on the file of the Court of the learned Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate-cum-Senior Civil Judge, Gannavaram.
2. The petitioners herein are the plaintiffs and the respondent is the defendant. The petitioners filed suit vide O.S.No.475/2019 for declaration and permanent injunction. In the said suit, the plaintiff filed I.A.No.324/2022 under Order VI Rule 17 r/w Section 151 of CPC, 1908 for seeking permission of this court to amend the plaint for incorporating certain paragraphs in the plaint, which were more described in the petition. Opposing the said application, the respondent filed counter contending that, the proposed amendment mentioned in the petition was happened prior to filing of suit and the plaintiffs have much knowledge about the lease deed and gift deed and the question of dispossession of plaintiffs does not arise, as they are not in possession of the plaint schedule property and only to fill up the lacunae and latches, the proposed amendment were sought and by virtue of the amendment, it would take away admissions in
