Order:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has been filed by the petitioners herein/A1 to A4 to quash the proceedings in Crime No.565 of 2022 of Nallapadu Police Station, Guntur Urban district.

2. A case has been registered against the petitioners herein and others for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 506 read with 34 IPC.

3. Brief facts of the case are that, on 31.05.2022 the defacto complainant gave a report stating that he gave an amount of Rs.8,06,150/- to one Nandyala Anusha for her needs. Later when he asked about the money, A1 to A4 are alleged to have threatened the defacto complainant with dire consequences to end his life. Upon that, the defacto complainant has resorted in filing the present complaint as against the petitioners herein and others.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the First Information Report goes to show that the defacto complainant has given a report on 30.05.2022 before the police.
