Judgment:

This second appeal is filed aggrieved against the Judgment and decree dated 18.10.2023 in A.S.No.13 of 2019 on the file of the XI Additional District Judge, Tenali, confirming the Judgment and decree dated 29.11.2018 in O.S.No.105 of 2014 on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Tenali. 2. The appellants herein are the defendants and the respondent herein is the plaintiff in O.S.No.105 of 2014 on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Tenali.

3. The plaintiff initiated action in O.S.No.105 of 2014 on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Tenali, with a prayer to evict the defendants from the plaint schedule premises and for delivery of vacant possession and for damages @ Rs.15,000/- per month from 01.04.2013 till the date of delivery of vacant possession of the plaint schedule property to the plaintiff and for costs.

4. The learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Tenali, decreed the suit with costs. Felt aggrieved of the same, the unsuccessful defendants in the above said suit filed the aforesaid appeal before the first appellate Court. The learned XI Additional District Judge, Tenali, dismissed the first appeal by confirming the judgment and decree pass
