ORDER:

The instant Criminal Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, [in short ‘Cr.P.C. ’] has been filed, by the Petitioners/A.3 and A.4, seeking quashment of the docket order dated 20.10.2020 in C.F.No.3028 of 2020 on the file of the Court of I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada and consequential FIR No.762 of 2021 of Machavaram Police Station, Vijayawada City, Krishna District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 384, 468, 471 and 120(b) IPC.

2. For the purpose of convenience, hereinafter, the parties herein are referred to as they are arrayed in the above case.

Facts the case, in brief, as per the Complaint, are as follows:

a) A.1 is the resident of United States of America (USA) and engaged in software business. A.1 and the Complainant had good acquaintance since college days and later, they are family friends in USA. A.3 and A.4 are own brothers of A.1 and doing business in Vijayawada and Hyderabad and residing at Hyderabad. A.2 is a Public Notary Officer, Vijayawada.

b) About ten years back, on request of Complainant to arrange hand loan of Rs.20,00,000/-, A.1 arranged hand loan of an amount of Rs.10,00,000/
