Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for the respondents.
2. The case of the petitioner is briefly as follows:
The petitioner was appointed as a dealer of the fair price shop No.7/40 of Penna Nagar, Proddutur Town and Mandal, YSR Kadapa District. He was a dealer for thirty years, till his authorization is suspended on 24.07.2015. At the instance of the local political leaders, on 19.06.2015, the officials conducted inspection and created a false story and prepared a false Panchanama with all blanks and reported as though there was shortage in the stock of 53.22 quintals of rice, 146 sugar packets and 407 liters of Kerosene. The 4th respondent issued a show cause notice, dated 24.06.2015 calling upon the petitioner to submit explanation as to why the authorization of the petitioner should not be cancelled.
