ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for seeking the following relief:

“…to issue an appropriate Writ or order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in not providing police protection to petitioners lives and house site of an extent of 240 Sq.yards to renovate/construct house in survey No.2153 situated Chanikyapuri colony, Nellore City, SPSR Nellore District as highly illegal, arbitrary and contrary to law and clear violation of Principles of Natural Justice and clear violation of Articles 14, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct the respondents to provide police protections to the lives of petitioner to renovate house/Construct house in an extent of 240 sq.yards in Survey No.2153 situated in Chanikyapuri colony, Nellore City, SPSR Nellore…”

2. Brief facts of the case are as follows:

The petitioners No.2 to 4 herein are absolute owners of house site of an extent of 240 Sq.Yards in Survey No.2153 situated in Chanikyapuri Colony, Nellore City, SPSR Nellore District, which was registered vide registered document No.13057 on 09.10.2005 and the petitioners are in possession and enjoyment of the h
