ORDER

This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed seeking the following relief:

“…..to issue a writ, order or a direction mole particularly one in nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 1^St respondent in not disposing the appeal of the petitioner dated 17.4.2019 against the final seniority list of Assistant Geologists issued by the 2^nd respondent in his proceedings Memo No.27665/E1/2015, Dated 21.03.2019 rejecting the objections of the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary and irrational and consequentially direct the 1^St respondent to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner dated 17.4.2019 to fix his seniority in the cadre of Assistant Geologist basing on his merit assigned by the 3^rd respondent APPSC in the merit list prepared by it at the time of his selection by following Rule 33(b) of A.P.State and Subordinate Service Rules and the ratio laid down by the Hon’ble Judiciary on the subject....”
