ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:-

"To issue Writ, order or direction one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of the respondent in regularizing the services of the petitioner in appropriate post or in the post of attenders cadre with payment of time scale of pay attached to the said post as per G.O.Ms.No212 Finance and Planning (FW.PC.III) Department dated 22.04.1994 and G.O.Ms.No.391 Revenue (Endt.III) Department dated 06.05.1991 of the Government of Andhra Pradesh and also Proceedings P4(a)14022(33)/80/2019-Potu Sec-TTD dated 22.06.2020, wherein „permission is accorded to utilize service in Potu, Sri TT.Tirumala, upto 31.07.2020 only‟ without regularizing the petitioner as per G.O.Ms.No.212 Finance and Planning (FW.PC.III) Department dated 22.04.1994 and G.O.Ms.No.391 Revenue (Endt.III) Department dated 06.05.1991, as illegal,
