ORDER:-

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:

“…..to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in including the land admeasuring Ac.1.52 cents situated in T.S.No.364 situated at Ashok Nagar, Ring Road, Vizianagaram Town and District which is patta land of the petitioner in the list of immovable properties of charitable institutions etc., of Vizianagaram District enclosed to the Lr.in Rc.No.NN1/34576/2007 dt.13.11.2008 issued by the 2nd respondent and also the action of the 2nd respondent in not de-notifying the said inclusion inspite of enormous inter se correspondence among the official respondents annexed to the material papers filed in support of this writ petition as being illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction and unconstitutional and also violative of Article 14 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently set aside the said inclusion and pass such other orders....”

2. The precise case of the petitioner is that his paternal uncle Late Sri Chandaka Ranganikulu Naidu owned land to an extent of Ac. 1.52 cents situ
