ORDER:
The writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondent No.3 in cancelling the passport of the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary etc., and for a consequential direction to the 3rd respondent to restore the passport of the petitioner.
2. Heard Smt.Madhavi Punna, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Ms.Divya Datla, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3 and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home representing the respondents 4 to 6.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner, inter alia, submits that the petitioner is an un-employee searching for job and on the advice of his friends, in the year 2018, he applied for passport. She submits that a passport bearing No.R8530158, which is valid from 12.01.2018 upto 11.01.2028 was issued to the petitioner. She submits that when the petitioner attended for a post in Airlines at Hyderabad, it was informed that there is a difference in the signature of the petitioner in the application Form as well as in the passport. She submits that in view of the same, the petitioner applied for fresh passport by furnishing particulars of the petitioner including the signature vide File No.VJ2075892058
