:: ORDER ::

Impugning the proceedings issued by respondent No.3 vide Rc.No.24/2024-HRM(DWMA)NDL, dated 23.10.2024 (Ex.P1), the above writ petition is filed.

2. Heard Sri K.Naga Phanindhar, learned counsel representing Sri K.Rathangapani Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.Raju, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services appeared for respondent No.1 and Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel appeared for respondents 2 & 3.

3. At the hearing, Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel would submit that against the order impugned, an appeal would lie to the District Collector, Nandyal District as per Field Assistant Human Resource Policy, 2013 (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Policy’).

4. In reply, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner will file an appeal before the District Collector, Nandyal District as per the Policy.

5. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without touching the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the District Collector, Nandyal District against the proceedings issued by respondent No.3 vide Rc.No.24/2024- HRM(DWM
