O R D E R:
The present Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 115 of Civil Procedure Code (in short CPC) against the orders passed by the learned Additional District Judge-cum- Judge, Family Court, Guntur, in Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No.2 of 2014 dated 26.09.2014 wherein and whereby learned Judge dismissed Civil Miscellaneous Appeal filed by the petitioner and confirmed the orders passed by learned Senior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri, in I.A.No.296 of 2011 in O.S.No.28 of 2009.
2. The revision petitioner, who is defendant in O.S.No.28 of 2009, filed petition in I.A.No.296 of 2011 under Order IX Rule 13 of CPC to set aside ex parte decree dated 21.10.2010. The learned Senior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri, has dismissed the said petition by an order dated 04.02.2013. Then the petitioner preferred C.M.A.No.2 of 2014, which also dismissed by learned appellate Judge by order dated 26.09.2014 on the ground that petitioner came up with all false allegations that he went to Karnataka and he could not even file written statement as his counsel not informed him the date of adjournment.
