ORDER:

Heard Mr.S.Jagadish, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.L.V.S.Nagaraju, learned Standing Counsel representing Respondent Nos.1 to 3.

The writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 1st respondent in transferring the petitioner by way of re- allotment, contrary to Circular Rc.No.HR-I/1359263/2021, dated 22.12.2021 of the 1st respondent himself, and for a consequential direction to retain her at the present place by duly considering the representation dated 24.12.2021.

The petitioner was selected and appointed as Data Entry Operator on outsourcing basis on 01.9.2012 in APSWIR Junior College for Girls, Cumbum and thereafter she was posted at the 2nd respondent-Junior College on 24.12.2014. While so, the 1st respondent issued Proceedings dated 03.11.2021 impugned in the writ petition, transferring the petitioner from Markapuram to Singarayakonda by way of re- allotment on the basis of report submitted by the 3rd respondent. By way of consequential Proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 09.11.2021, the petitioner was relieved.
