ORDER:

Plaintiffs in the suit filed the above civil revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the order, dated 11.05.2022 in I.A.No.276 of 2022 in O.S.No.109 of 2014 on the file of learned Junior Civil Judge, Cheepurupalli.

2. For the sake of convenience, parties shall be referred to as they are arrayed in the suit.

3. Plaintiffs initially filed O.S.No.109 of 2014 against Sub- Registrar, Cheepurupalli and District Registrar, Vizianagaram i.e. defendant Nos.1 and 2 seeking a direction to defendant No.1 to register sale deed by setting aside the order of refusal passed by defendant No.1.

4. In the plaint, it is contended inter alia that plaintiffs presented the document for registration, but defendant No.1 by proceedings No.3 of 2012, dated 31.12.2012, refused to register the document; that against the said refusal order, plaintiffs filed statutory appeal under Section 72 of the Indian Registration Act before defendant No.2; that defendant No.2 without making any enquiry returned the appeal with endorsement No.353/2013/ G-1, dated 01.03.2013, as barred by time.
