ORDER:

The present Civil Revision Petition is filed against the Order dated

16.12.2019 in I.A.No.1104 of 2019 in O.S.No.43 of 2017 on the file of the Principal District & Sessions Judge, Ananthapuramu, Ananthapuramu District.

2. Heard Ms. Sodum Anvesha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.V. Mahesh, learned counsel for the respondent No.1/plaintiff.

3. The Revision Petitioner is defendant No.1 in the above said suit. The 1st respondent/plaintiff filed the suit for recovery of the amounts stated to have been borrowed by the petitioner/defendant by executing a promissory note in favour of the 1st respondent/plaintiff. In the said suit, the petitioner/defendant filed I.A.No.1103 of 2019 under Order VII, Rule 11 R/w Section 151 of CPC seeking rejection of the plaint. The respondent No.1/plaintiff filed I.A.No.1104 of 2019 under Order VI, Rule 17 of CPC seeking amendment of the plaint. The learned District Judge vide separate Orders dated 16.12.2019 dismissed I.A.No.1103 of 2019 and allowed I.A.No.1104 of 2019. Aggrieved by the Order passed in I.A.No.1104 of 2019, the present Civil Revision Petition is filed.
