COMMON ORDER:

Writ Petition Nos.2341, 2346 & 2376 of 2014 are disposed of by this Common Order.

2. Issue involved and prayers sought in these three Writ Petitions are one and the same. For the purpose of passing this Common Order, facts as mentioned in W.P.No.2341 of 2014 are narrated herein, while the array of Respondent Nos.1 to 4 being the same in all the three Writ Petitions.

3. Prayer made by the Writ Petitioner in W.P.No.2341 of

2014 is as under :

“… to declare the action of the 3rd Respondent, in including the patta lands in Sy.No.476/2, extent Acs.1.64 cents situated in Avilala Village accounts, Tirupati Rural Mandal, Chittoor District in the list of assigned lands, prohibited for registration, as arbitrary, discriminatory and contrary to the provisions of the A.P. Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfer) Act, 1977 and consequently set aside the same and further direct the 4th Respondent not to insist ‘No objection Certificate’ from the Revenue Department for the purpose of registration of the vacant house plot bearing No.30 of the Writ Petitioner in patta land in Sy.No.476/2. (Plot bearing No.26, 27 & 28 in Sy.No.476/2 in W.P.No.2376 of 2014; Plot bearing No.28 in Sy.No.476/2 i
